We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team of 50+, and now we’re looking for a Paid Media Acquisition Lead to take ownership of our key channels and help us reach our next major milestones.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly experienced Paid Media Acquisition Lead who will take over all paid acquisition channels from the CMO and scale them to the next level.
In this role, you’ll manage multi-million–euro budgets, own CAC targets across channels, collaborate with creative teams, and operate as the CMO’s right hand in both high-level planning and day-to-day execution.

Your Day-to-Day
- Lead and manage all paid channels: Google & Bing Ads, Meta Ads, AppLovin, Klickly, Linear TV, and LiveIntent.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets across channels and formats.
- Own CAC targets across each platform and ensure we achieve our defined performance benchmarks.
- Drive sales volume aligned with monthly and quarterly growth budgets.
- Be the right hand to the CMO, supporting high-level strategy while executing with precision and speed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance, turning data into actionable insights.
- Continuously test new channels, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth DTC, health, wellness, or tech brands.
- Proven experience managing €2M+ monthly paid media budgets. And success case studies
- Deep expertise across major paid platforms (Meta, Google, Bing) and familiarity with emerging channels.
- A strong testing mindset and a proven track record of bringing down CAC while scaling volume.
- Ability to manage internal and external teams including media buyers and creative partners.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions based on data.
- A proactive, resourceful operator who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Salary: €5,500 – €7,000 gross/month (based on experience) + bonus
