Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Media Buyer & Strategist who will take full ownership of Meta Ads and AppLovin strategy at Pulsetto — two of our most important acquisition engines. This role is all about scaling efficiently: driving down CAC, boosting ROAS, and unlocking meaningful revenue growth through rigorous testing, sharp creative strategy, and deep analytical thinking.
You will be the senior expert in the room — leading execution, shaping testing roadmaps, mentoring media buyers, and partnering closely with Creative, Growth, Product, and Data teams to keep our acquisition machine running at top speed. Your impact will be felt daily through improved performance, smarter decision-making, and scalable processes that support aggressive global growth targets.

Your Day-to-Day
Own strategy and execution for Meta Ads and AppLovin campaigns, ensuring strong CAC, ROAS, and scalable performance.
Lead and mentor other media buyers, providing guidance on optimization, testing frameworks, and best practices.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact, conversion-focused ad assets and steer creative testing direction.
Optimize campaigns daily across bids, budgets, placements, audiences, and creative rotation.
Plan and execute structured testing roadmaps, including creative, audience, geo, and funnel experiments.
Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable next steps for scaling.
Monitor platform updates, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of changes.
Work closely with Growth, Product, and Data teams to ensure acquisition strategy aligns with broader business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Own strategy and execution for Meta Ads and AppLovin campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a small team of junior–mid level media buyers, guiding them on best practices, optimization, and testing strategy.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact, conversion-driven ad assets.
- Optimize campaigns for target CAC, ROAS, and scale.
- Plan and execute structured creative and audience testing frameworks.
- Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, competitive trends, and new growth opportunities.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads buying; strong AppLovin experience required.
- Proven case studies of managing at least 1-3MM ad spend per single brand per month
- Proven success scaling campaigns with strong CAC/ROAS performance in DTC or mobile app growth.Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to design and run sophisticated testing roadmaps.
- Experience in ad automation processes.
- Experience in creating processes for efficient reporting.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of creative performance fundamentals (hooks, formats, iteration logic).
- Highly data-driven, organized, and proactive.
Nice to Have
- Well-around knowledge in CRO and direct response conversion principles.
- Experience working with subscription or health/wellness brands.
- Familiarity with other paid channels (Google, TikTok, LiveIntent, etc.).

Location: Vilnius / Hybrid / Remote
Salary: €5,000 – €7,000 gross/month (based on experience) + quarterly bonus system.
