Position Overview

As our Online Reputation & Community Manager, you’ll own Pulsetto’s presence across Trustpilot, Amazon, Reddit, social communities, and beyond.

Your mission is twofold:

1. Maintain strong online scores and sentiment, and

2. Build and grow an active, engaged community around Pulsetto.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands digital reputation management, thrives in community-building, and knows how to turn conversations into trust, advocacy, and brand love.

Your Day-to-Day

Online Reputation Management

• Own Pulsetto’s Trustpilot, Amazon, Reddit, and other key review platforms.

• Maintain and improve ratings (TP score 4.5+, Amazon 4.5+).

• Respond to reviews (positive & negative) with empathy, clarity, and brand consistency.

• Implement and manage a structured review-generation system.

• Escalate recurring feedback themes to CX/Product teams with actionable insights.

Community Building & Engagement

• Create and execute Pulsetto’s community strategy across platforms (FB Groups, Reddit, Discord, etc.).

• Manage and grow our core community to meet engagement targets.

• Initiate discussions, content themes, AMA sessions, and engagement loops.

• Build relationships with loyal users, advocates, and potential brand ambassadors.

• Support the launch and development of the Ambassador Program (revenue ownership later).

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with Customer Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure customer insights turn into improvements.

• Work closely with Creative and Brand to maintain consistent messaging and tone.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in online reputation management, community management, or related roles.
• Successful track record of building and maintaining positive Online Review Scores on TrustPilot & Amazon (additional platforms are highly appreciated) + you should be able to provide proof & references.
• Successful track record of building and maintaining positive sentiment across platforms like Reddit, X (ex-Twitter), Facebook Groups and str.
• Experience using AI tools to automate comments & Social media management, to identify trends, analyze content, and support social listening strategies is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset — able to measure sentiment, engagement, and reputation trends.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English — especially in conflict resolution and public communication.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: €2,500 – €3,200 gross/month (based on experience) + bonus
