Position Overview
As Head of Growth, you will own Pulsetto’s new revenue engine.
This is not a role for incremental optimisers. Your mission is to find, validate, and scale new growth opportunities — new channels, new products, new monetization models — with speed, autonomy, and strong ROI logic.
You’ll operate like an internal entrepreneur: testing ideas fast, killing what doesn’t work, and scaling what does. Once a channel or initiative proves profitable, you’ll hand it off to Marketing for long-term scaling — and move on to the next opportunity.
Your Day-to-Day
Identify, test, and launch new growth channels (paid, organic, partnerships, platforms).
Lead rapid experimentation across creatives, funnels, pricing, offers, and user flows.
Build and validate monetization models for digital products, physical products, and hybrid offers.
Launch new products or extensions with clear go-to-market strategies.
Own profitability metrics for all new initiatives (ROAS, CAC, margin, LTV).
Build and manage a lean growth team (e.g. PM, media buyer, specialists).
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Data teams.
Hand off validated, scalable channels to Marketing once performance targets are met.
Continuously improve experimentation velocity, tooling, and automation (including AI-driven workflows).
You will have high autonomy to choose which opportunities to pursue — based on expected business impact.
What We’re Looking For
4–7+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Revenue Ownership roles.
Proven ability to unlock new channels, not just optimize existing ones.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, contribution margin.
Experience with both digital products and eCommerce / hardware funnels.
Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel.
Comfort making fast decisions with incomplete data.
Strong analytical thinking paired with creative problem-solving.
Experience building and leading lean, high-impact teams.
Nice to Have
Experience launching subscription or ARR models.
Experience with affiliate, marketplace, or partnership revenue.
Familiarity with AI-powered growth tooling and automation.
Experience scaling a brand from mid-stage to large scale.
