About the Role
The U.S. is Pulsetto’s largest and most strategic market — and now we’re ready to build a structured retail and B2B presence there.
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Director of U.S. Sales & Market Expansion who will own the U.S. market end-to-end: from opening the first retail doors to scaling national accounts and building a repeatable go-to-market engine.
This is a high-impact, ownership-heavy role. You’ll operate with autonomy, lead U.S. retail strategy, close deals personally, and work closely with HQ teams to ensure flawless execution once accounts are signed.
Your Day-to-Day
Build and execute Pulsetto’s U.S. retail and B2B market entry strategy
Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close Tier 1 and Tier 2 U.S. retail accounts
Develop and manage distributor and channel partner relationships
Own U.S. sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning
Lead retail launch execution together with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Establish repeatable U.S. sales, retail execution, and account management processes
Represent Pulsetto with senior retail buyers, distributors, and strategic partners
Continuously assess market opportunities, risks, and expansion paths
What We Expect
Proven senior-level experience in U.S. retail or national account sales
Track record of opening and scaling major U.S. retail or B2B accounts
Strong understanding of U.S. retail structures, distributors, and buyer dynamics
Ability to own the full sales cycle: strategy → pitch → negotiation → close → launch
Experience building go-to-market processes from scratch
High ownership mindset — you drive outcomes, not just strategy decks
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
