Customer Value Manager - CVM
Own and scale our customer revenue engine 🚀 Drive CLTV, ARPU, and retention through data, pricing strategy, and structured experimentation.
About Pulsetto
Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness tech companies - in 2025 we were officially recognised by Deloitte as the #1 Company to Watch in the Technology Fast 50 CE program.
You may have also seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.
Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team, moving fast, iterating even faster, and building the future of nervous system wellness. And now we’re expanding our team to power the next stage of global growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp Customer Value Manager who will architect and scale the revenue engine of our existing customer base.
Your mission will be to maximise CLTV, increase ARPU, reduce churn, and build a structured, data-driven lifecycle system that directly impacts company revenue. You will own post-purchase value creation end-to-end and operate as a strategic revenue partner to the CRO.
This role requires someone who understands subscription economics, pricing logic, experimentation, and forecasting — and can both design the strategy and execute it hands-on.
What you will do
Own and improve CLTV, ARPU, retention, and engagement metrics
Take ownership of lifecycle channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, subscriptions, outbound)
Build and continuously optimize a unified omni-channel customer journey
Design and scale onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and win-back systems
Identify and execute pricing, loyalty, and cancellation flow optimizations
Run structured A/B testing and cohort analysis with statistical rigor
Build business cases and forecast lifecycle-driven revenue growth
Align Marketing, Product, App, and Finance around retention strategy
What We Expect
5+ years in lifecycle, retention, subscription, or customer value roles
Proven track record improving CLTV, ARPU, or retention in a measurable way
Advanced data literacy — segmentation, churn prediction, uplift modeling, forecasting
Deep understanding of subscription economics and pricing mechanics
Experience managing complex multi-channel lifecycle programs
Ability to translate raw data into executive-ready commercial narratives
Strong ownership mindset and comfort in high-accountability environments
Player-coach mentality — strategic thinker who is not afraid to execute hands-on
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, subscription, or health-tech
Experience building or leading retention / monetization teams
Strong marketing automation and BI background
What Success Looks Like
Clear and measurable improvement in CLTV and ARPU
Reduced churn through structured experimentation
A documented, scalable lifecycle system
Revenue growth driven by existing customers, not just acquisition
What we offer
Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or fully remote if based elsewhere
Full ownership of a core revenue function with measurable business impact
High autonomy to design and build scalable lifecycle systems
Opportunity to grow into a team lead role overseeing Engagement and Monetization
Access to cross-functional support from Marketing, Product, Data, App, and Finance
A ambitious environment where performance and ownership matter
