Senior Accountant
Lead Pulsetto’s global accounting transition. Build the automated systems and internal controls that support a scaling wellness brand. Own the process, drive the growth. High impact. 🚀
About Pulsetto
Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness tech companies - in 2025 we were officially recognised by Deloitte as the #1 Company to Watch in the Technology Fast 50 CE program.
You may have also seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.
Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team, moving fast, iterating even faster, and building the future of nervous system wellness. And now we’re expanding our team to power the next stage of global growth.
About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will take a lead role in the evolution of our financial operations. You aren’t joining just to "maintain" a system; you are joining to architect one. Working directly with our Head of Accounting, you will be the driving force behind our transition from an outsourced model to a high-performing internal powerhouse.
This is a role for a process-oriented professional who enjoys the "puzzle" of high-growth accounting. You will take ownership of stabilizing our global e-commerce data flows (Shopify, Amazon), spearheading our NetSuite automation, and eventually internalizing our payroll operations. At Pulsetto, you will have the autonomy to not only manage the books but to influence the digital infrastructure that supports our global brand.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the Head of Accounting to move tasks from our service provider in-house.
Manage the current manual sales records (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) with the specific goal of migrating and automating these flows within NetSuite.
Execute high-risk bank and payment platform reconciliations. Identify "bugs" or gaps in the data flow and suggest structural fixes.
Full-Cycle Accounting: Ensure accurate vendor records, fees, and sales data across all global entities.
Compliance: Prepare and manage monthly VAT, i.SAF, and local LT tax declarations (PIT, SODRA).
Deliver month-end closing tasks and internal reporting to ensure a "clean" financial picture for investors.
Lead the transition of payroll processes from the external provider to internal management.
Once processes are automated, you will design and maintain the control procedures to ensure 100% data integrity.
Requirements
3+ Years of Full-Cycle Accounting: Deep understanding of the entire accounting lifecycle, from initial transaction flows to the preparation of financial statements.
Versatile Experience: A well-rounded background with a proven track record of managing multiple accounting functions rather than a single silo (e.g., just AP or just Payroll).
System & Data Savvy: Experience with NetSuite or Tier 1 ERPs (like Dynamics 365). Must be highly proficient in Excel for managing and migrating large datasets.
LT Compliance: Expert, up-to-date knowledge of Lithuanian tax laws (PIT, SODRA, VAT/i.SAF).
Analytical Ownership: A proactive "builder" mindset. You are comfortable questioning existing processes and taking full responsibility for your area of work.
Language: Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
