Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team of 50+, moving fast and working collaboratively across Europe, the US, and beyond — and now we’re looking for a Front-End Shopify Developer (mid) to help us scale our web performance to the next level. 🚀

Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, optimization-driven Front-End Shopify Developer who can bring structure, speed, and quality to our growing web operations. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to build reusable components, optimize performance, and implement scalable processes for a high-growth DTC environment.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems, improving UX and conversions through clean code, and shaping how our digital storefront scales globally.

Your Daily Mission

• Build and maintain reusable Shopify components (universal sections, templates) to speed up landing page creation.

• Optimize web performance for site speed, UX, and conversion improvement.

• Deliver high-quality, clean, and maintainable code with minimal post-launch fixes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams during overlapping hours.

• Document workflows, improve processes, and set technical standards for future web development.

• Help evaluate and shape the future WEB team structure as Pulsetto continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For

• Around 4 years of experience in Shopify front-end development (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS, JSON, GraphQL).

• Proven track record of building custom themes, reusable sections, and optimizing web performance.

• Solid understanding of Shopify Plus ecosystem, integrations, and API-based automations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving eCommerce environment with high design and brand standards.

• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills — you care about how things work, not just how they look.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with CRO and UX optimization tools (Google tag manager, GA4 tag setup.)

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows or headless Shopify setups.

• A good technical eye or experience collaborating closely with UI/UX designers.

• Experience mentoring or reviewing work from other developers.
