Position Overview

YouTube is not just content for us — it’s a compound growth engine. As YouTube Growth Specialist, you will own Pulsetto’s entire YouTube ecosystem across two channels, turning it into a scalable source of visibility, trust, traffic, and long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands YouTube as the 2nd largest search engine, loves SEO-driven content strategy, and knows how to grow channels systematically — not randomly.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own and execute Pulsetto’s YouTube growth strategy across two channels

• Own the YouTube channels end-to-end — from content ideation and planning, to publishing, optimization, performance tracking, and continuous improvement (strategy → execution → results).

• Plan, manage, and optimize publishing of 300–500 videos per year

• Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and structure for YouTube SEO

• Improve CTR, watch time, retention, and subscriber growth through data-driven iteration

• Collaborate with internal teams and external creators on 5 collaboration videos per month

• Analyze performance using YouTube Analytics and SEO tools, turning insights into action

• Build a scalable YouTube content system (formats, cadence, workflows, reporting)

• Drive YouTube → website traffic and contribute to long-term organic growth

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience growing YouTube channels (brand or personal)

• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and performance metrics

• Experience working with high-volume content and structured publishing systems

• Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking performance and optimizing based on data

• Ability to manage multiple content streams and stakeholders simultaneously

• Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally
