Position overview
We are looking for a Head of B2B to take full ownership of our B2B function and turn it into a structured, scalable, and predictable revenue engine.
This role is about bringing order to growth. You will define how B2B operates, build the systems behind it, and ensure consistent execution across all channels.
Your focus will be on building structure, establishing forecasting and reporting discipline, and leading the team to deliver predictable results. You will play a key role in evolving B2B from a fast-growing function into a well-managed, high-performing department.
Your Day-to-Day
Build and implement clear processes across inbound, outbound, partnerships, and retail
Define how the B2B team operates (planning, pipeline management, execution rhythm)
Own forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking across all B2B activities
Lead and structure the B2B team with clear roles, ownership, and accountability
Run pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and execution follow-ups
Ensure consistent, on-time delivery across all B2B initiatives
Identify risks, performance gaps, and act proactively
Support growth of key channels and expansion into new markets
What We Expect
Strong leadership experience in B2B, sales, or commercial roles
Proven track record of building structured teams, processes, and systems
Experience with forecasting, reporting, and performance management
Ability to bring clarity and discipline into fast-growing environments
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for results
Comfortable working cross-functionally and aligning multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience opening or scaling retail channels (EU, USA, AU)
Experience working across multiple markets
