Position Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, experimentation-obsessed Senior CRO Specialist who can build, optimize, and scale high-performing funnels while increasing AOV and revenue per visitor.
Your mission is clear: Turn traffic into revenue. Turn funnels into growth engines. Turn ideas into measurable wins.
You will take full ownership of funnel performance, A/B testing, behavioral insights, and monetization systems — becoming the strategic and operational force behind our conversion ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong UX/CRO instincts backed by analytical rigor, and knows how to ship experiments quickly and systematically.
Your Day-to-Day
Audit existing funnels, landing pages, PDPs, and user journeys to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
Build new funnels for different audiences, pain points, and marketing angles.
Implement a structured experimentation system with fast iteration cycles.
Launch and optimize A/B and multivariate tests across LPs, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
Use heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and analytics to uncover friction and behavioral insights.
Collaborate with Growth, Paid Media, Creative, Product, and Data teams to align strategy and execution.
Optimize accessory cross-sells, bundles, upsells, and downsells to increase AOV.
Improve monetization flows across the full lifecycle — pre-purchase, checkout, post-purchase.
Present CRO learnings, insights, and next steps to the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, Digital Business, or CX roles, specifically within high-volume B2C environments (DTC, eCommerce, or Subscription models).
Conversion Expertise: A proven track record of building and scaling profitable funnels. You have direct experience increasing AOV through strategic product positioning, bundling, upsells, and pricing experimentation.
Omnichannel Vision: Proven experience improving customer journeys across all touchpoints. You understand how to align the brand experience from the first ad click to the final checkout.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex CX metrics and raw data into clear, practical improvements.
A deep understanding of behavioral psychology, UX principles, and persuasive design to influence user action.
Experience with CX research methodologies to uncover the "why" behind the "what."
You are a fast executor who thrives in rapid-testing environments. You are comfortable leading cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and creative growth teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead change initiatives across the organization.
Nice to Have
Experience working with wellness, health tech, or hardware DTC brands.
Familiarity with Shopify, Recharge, funnel builders, or post-purchase apps.
Understanding of subscription optimization and user retention loops.
