Position Overview
This is a non-traditional marketing position focused strictly on innovation and strategic expansion. Rather than managing existing channels or optimizing established campaigns, your primary mission will be to identify, validate, and scale net-new opportunities that drive revenue, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Operating with the strategic mindset and autonomy of an internal founder, you will continuously evaluate emerging acquisition channels, international markets, strategic partnerships, AI technologies, and novel business models. This role is designed for a highly proactive professional who excels at turning high-level growth concepts into measurable business results.
Your Day-to-Day
Discover New Growth Channels: Identify and test emerging acquisition channels ahead of the market. Launch and validate new traffic sources across creator ecosystems, podcasts, affiliate networks, AI search, communities, referral programs, marketplaces, and new advertising platforms.
Expand Into New Markets: Conduct rigorous research to evaluate international expansion opportunities, build comprehensive market-entry business cases, and define localization and distribution strategies.
Build New Revenue Streams: Develop strategic growth initiatives outside of traditional marketing channels, exploring B2B models, retail placements, marketplace opportunities, and ecosystem monetization strategies.
Lead AI & Automation Initiatives: Identify operational inefficiencies across teams and implement advanced AI tools and automated systems to reduce manual workflows and maximize team productivity.
Execute Lean Experimentation: Formulate clear growth hypotheses, prioritize opportunities based on impact and effort, launch rapid pilots, and scale successful initiatives systematically.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, E-commerce, DTC, Startups, or Business Development.
Strong understanding of growth economics, data analysis, and performance-driven decision-making.
Execution Track Record: Proven ability to launch and scale new business initiatives from conception to measurable output.
Mindset: Highly autonomous, curious, action-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Bonus Points:
Experience within the wellness, healthtech, consumer electronics, or subscription verticals.
Background working with 8- or 9-figure DTC brands.
Direct experience with international expansion, complex affiliate marketing, or corporate partnerships.
Deep familiarity with modern AI tools and operational automation platforms.
