Senior Product Owner — New Accessories & Products (physical)
Own Pulsetto’s physical growth: source, validate, and launch accessories and new products from concept to shelf, optimize margins, bundles, and repeat revenue.
About Pulsetto
Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness tech companies - in 2025 we were officially recognised by Deloitte as the #1 Company to Watch in the Technology Fast 50 CE program.
You may have also seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.
Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team, moving fast, iterating even faster, and building the future of nervous system wellness. And now we’re expanding our team to power the next stage of global growth.
Position Overview
🛑 Important Note Before You Apply: This is a commercial and analytical product role focused on finding, sourcing, and launching physical items. It is not an industrial design or hardware engineering role, nor is it a pure e-commerce/paid-ads marketing role.
Pulsetto already sells the device. Today, almost every customer we acquire buys exactly one physical thing from us — the device — and that’s it. Your job is to change that: build the line of new accessories and new products around it, and turn our installed base of 250,000+ device owners into recurring, growing, gross-margin revenue.
You won’t inherit a backlog. You’ll own a number — and the freedom to find, negotiate, launch, and grow the products that move it.
Your Day-to-Day
You will own everything physical beyond the device. Your typical responsibilities will include:
Hunting & Validating Products: Continuously source and validate new accessories and physical products from initial concept to supplier alignment, and finally to the digital shelf.
Closing Supply Deals: Negotiate directly with suppliers on cost, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), lead times, and quality standards. You will own the loaded landed cost (not just the sticker price) and the margin case behind every new SKU.
End-to-End Launches: Coordinate pricing, checkout bundles, packaging, product detail pages, and replenishment schedules, taking full accountability for the metric each launch is meant to move.
Growing the Recurring Layer: Find creative ways to lift our attach rate (the percentage of device buyers who add an accessory) and scale repeat/refill revenue on consumables by launching subscribe-and-save models.
Owning the Physical P&L: Defend a gross-margin floor of $\ge$ 35%. Price with strict discipline and stage inventory carefully against real market demand to avoid blind MOQ bets.
Deciding with Data: Constantly analyze sell-through metrics and funnels. Run optimization experiments and aggressively kill products or ideas that cannot clear a healthy margin. We move on numbers, not opinions.
What We Are Looking For:
Physical Product Management: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong track record of launching physical SKUs from 0 to 1.
Launch & Sourcing Expertise: Deep comfort dealing with global suppliers, navigating MOQs, building loaded-COGS financial models, pricing strategy, and packaging design.
Commercial Metrics Fluency: You should live and breathe metrics like attach rate, AOV (Average Order Value), repeat/refill revenue, landed cost, and inventory turns. You read these off a spreadsheet, not a slide deck.
D2C Storefront Management: Experience commercially running a D2C storefront (Shopify or equivalent), specifically optimizing visual bundles, checkout cross-sells, and replenishment paths.
Financial Discipline: Highly numerate and decisive. You know how to stage cash against actual consumer demand and have the discipline to say no to products that won’t hit our margin targets.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in wellness, health-tech, consumer hardware, or the broader DTC space.
An existing global supplier or manufacturer network.
Comfort working alongside regulatory and claims gates on health-adjacent physical products.
The Hard Part (so you know):
Atoms aren’t software. A wrong COGS or MOQ costs real cash, not a sprint — and a bad PO doesn’t roll back like a feature.
You’re the first owner of this line. No dedicated supply-chain function yet; you build the playbook, and you ship by influence, not authority.
Less is More is non-negotiable. Sometimes the best call is to kill the product you scoped.
