Chief Commercial Officer
Lead Pulsetto’s next stage of profitable growth by uniting customer value, care, marketplaces and B2B into one data-driven commercial strategy.
We usually respond within three days
About Pulsetto
Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness tech companies—in 2025, we were officially recognised by Deloitte as the #1 Company to Watch in the Technology Fast 50 CE programme.
You may have also seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.
Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team, moving fast, iterating even faster, and building the future of nervous system wellness. And now we’re expanding our leadership team to power the next stage of profitable global growth.
About The Role & Company Context
Pulsetto is a fast-growing DTC wellness-tech company selling hardware and operating across e-commerce, a subscription model, a companion app, international marketplaces, B2B, and retail distribution.
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead profitable growth across our existing customer base and international commercial channels.
You will take end-to-end responsibility for increasing customer lifetime value, retention, recurring revenue and channel contribution while protecting customer experience and margin.
This is not a traditional sales leadership role and not an extension of performance marketing. It requires a commercially strong, hands-on executive who can connect customer economics, lifecycle monetization, customer care, and international channel growth.
Core Responsibilities
Commercial strategy & performance ownership
Own the commercial strategy, annual plan, budget and forecast across all four commercial pillars
Establish clear revenue, gross margin, retention and customer-value targets
Build one commercial performance dashboard and operating rhythm across CVM, Customer Care, Marketplaces and B2B
Allocate resources and commercial investments based on incremental revenue and contribution
Improve commercial forecasting, prioritization and decision-making
Establish clear policies for pricing, promotions, discounts, marketplace parity and partner economics
Translate customer and channel insights into recommendations for product development, propositions, packaging and market expansion
Build and lead strong commercial teams, processes, performance standards and incentive systems
Work closely with the CMO on acquisition-to-retention economics and with the Chief Brand Officer on consistent commercial activation
Customer Value Management
Own the commercial lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell, upsell, renewal, win-back and churn prevention
Translate customer behavior and cohort data into targeted journeys, propositions and offers
Improve retention, repeat purchase, recurring revenue and customer lifetime value
Build a robust customer segmentation and value-management model
Lead pricing and monetization recommendations together with Finance, Product and Marketing
Establish clear ownership and measurement of customer value across the full lifecycle
Customer Care
Transform Customer Care into a retention, trust and customer-insight function—not only a ticket-resolution operation
Establish the service strategy, capacity model, SLAs, quality standards and escalation processes
Improve customer satisfaction while managing contact rates, resolution quality and cost to serve
Build a closed voice-of-customer loop that informs Product, Brand, Marketing and Operations
Identify recurring customer issues and ensure that root causes are addressed across the organization
Marketplaces
Own the strategy, performance and P&L of Amazon, TikTok Shop and other priority marketplaces
Determine channel priorities, assortment, pricing, promotions and platform-specific operating models
Build scalable marketplace capabilities, teams and processes
Improve marketplace revenue, contribution margin and account performance
Balance channel growth with brand standards, pricing integrity and channel-conflict risk
B2B & retail distribution
Develop the international B2B, wholesale, retail and key-account strategy
Build a high-quality commercial pipeline and priority-market expansion plan
Own partner economics, commercial agreements, account performance and sell-through discipline
Strengthen Pulsetto’s retail presence across priority markets
Build scalable account-management and distribution capabilities
Ensure that retail and partner execution follows Pulsetto’s global brand standards
Must-Have Requirements
10+ years of commercial experience in international consumer, subscription, e-commerce, wellness, connected-device, or omnichannel businesses
Proven senior leadership experience with responsibility for revenue, margin, and commercial performance
A strong track record of growing both revenue and profitability through multiple commercial levers—not only paid acquisition
Hands-on experience in at least three of the following areas: customer lifecycle management, subscription or recurring revenue, marketplaces, B2B, retail distribution and customer operations
Strong understanding of customer and commercial economics, including cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, retention, pricing, contribution margin and forecasting
Experience building scalable commercial processes, dashboards and performance-management rhythms
Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn data into clear commercial priorities
Experience leading and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams
Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational depth and hands-on execution
Confidence working directly with founders, the CEO and the wider executive team in a fast-changing environment
Fluent English
Nice-to-Have
Experience in DTC wellness, health technology, consumer electronics or subscription-led businesses
Experience scaling an international commercial function in a startup or scale-up
Strong knowledge of Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other global marketplaces
Experience expanding B2B and retail distribution across Europe and the US
Experience transforming Customer Care into a retention and customer-value function
Experience working across hardware, subscription, and digital-product business models
Previous C-level or broad multi-functional commercial leadership experience
What We Offer
The opportunity to shape Pulsetto’s next stage of profitable international growth
Responsibility for building an integrated commercial function rather than inheriting a fixed model
Significant influence over customer strategy, monetization, marketplaces, B2B and retail expansion
Collaboration with a world-class team across Europe and the US
Private health insurance after 6 months
Hybrid model—3 days in the Vilnius office
Work-from-anywhere flexibility: ability to work from anywhere in the world for up to 40 days per year
Office perks—including free lunch 3x/week for the Vilnius team
Additional vacation days based on tenure
Birthday day off
Pulsetto device to support your well-being
A fast-growing, supportive environment where experimentation and ownership are the norm
