Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-driven Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist who can own full-cycle hiring while strengthening engagement, culture, and retention across the company.

If you love matching the right people to the right roles, building strong candidate pipelines, improving team experience, and driving meaningful people initiatives — this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers, Leadership, and the HR Team to build scalable hiring processes and ensure Pulsetto remains a place where top talent thrives.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

• Build strong pipelines across multiple roles.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.

• Craft job ads and outreach messaging tailored to target audiences.

• Run structured processes, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure hiring speed + quality.

• Manage ATS workflows, reporting, and candidate communication.

• Support people development initiatives, engagement surveys, and feedback loops.

• Help shape Pulsetto’s culture through recognition programs, internal communication, and cross-team activities.

• Proactively identify pain points and propose improvements in HR processes, communications, and team experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience (in-house or agency).

• Experience hiring for Marketing and global hiring roles — big plus.

• Identify potential talents via headhunting, networking and proactive search.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring cycles in a fast-paced environment.

• Touch on our Culture, Employer Branding, Leadership & Development initiatives.

• Experience working with ATS systems and managing candidates structurally. 

• Ability to start immediately or very soon is a strong advantage.
